DUSTIN A. HARTLEY

From an early age on the Georgia coast, Dustin Hartley spent countless hours on the water with family, developing a lifelong passion for boating that continues today. That love of the sea has guided both his personal life and a career spanning more than 30 years in the marine industry.

Dustin has been with The Hinckley Company for over 18 years, including 14 years as General Manager of Hinckley Yacht Services Savannah. In that role, he oversaw yard operations, complex refits, and customer service, building lasting relationships with owners throughout the Southeast. His earlier career included roles as Marine Surveyor, Shipyard Superintendent, and Dealer Development Manager, as well as time at Palmer Johnson Yachts.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and licensed 200 GT Master Captain, Dustin has delivered yachts along the East Coast and captained vessels in the Mediterranean. His blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and passion for boating gives him a unique perspective in guiding clients through the Hinckley ownership journey.

When he’s not working with clients, Dustin enjoys being on the water with his family and friends, continuing the same coastal traditions that inspired his career.
