INTRODUCTION:

LUCKY TOWN is a Picnic Boat Classic that effortlessly cruises in style from port to port, offering full weekend accommodations for comfortable entertaining. With thoughtful features such as a shallow waterjet draft and intuitive Jetstick control system, she is well-equipped for elegant day cruising, entertaining, or weekending. Complete with a galley, private head, and sleeping accommodations for two, her pilothouse and cockpit provide ample space for hosting guests. With many recent upgrades, LUCKY TOWN shows exceptionally well, featuring a 2014 engine, recent paint, updated electronics, new cushions and headliner, teak decks, and a bimini top. With her high level of Hinckley care, she conveys with a one-year Hinckley CPO Silver warranty.

Construction:

• Hull is Hinckley proprietary DUALGUARD with Kevlar/e-glass outer skins and Carbon Fiber inner skins, end grain balsa laminated via the SCRIMP process with vinylester

• The deck has a molded-in nonskid pattern

• (4) Four pilothouse windows – (2) Two sliding side windows and (2) two fixed forward windows   with heavy-duty, self-parking, intermittent windshield wipers and fresh water washers
• Teak locking companionway door with folding removable hatch-top

INTERIOR ACCOMIDATIONS: 

From the pilothouse, through the varnished teak companionway door and down two companionway steps is the galley to port, private head to starboard, and the V-berth forward.  The interior is finished in satin-varnished cherry, including sheathing, with a varnished teak and holly cabin sole. 

• Opening overhead hatch with Ocean Air screen and shade and four opening oval ports below
• Frigast stainless steel 12-volt lamps provide plenty of interior lighting
• Espar diesel cabin heater
• Storage beneath steps leading into cabin

GALLEY (Port)

The galley is to port with Formica countertop that has a stainless steel sink with Grohe fixtures and hot and cold pressure water.  The stove is set in the countertop forward and has a custom wood stove cover/cutting board that adds to the already ample counter space surrounding the sink.  The Adler Barber refrigeration is mounted aft of the sink and is accessed by a lift-up top. 

The “pantry” locker separates the galley from the V-berth area with a louvered door and several shelves. The stereo is above this locker.  Additional storage is under the galley sink and in three drawers.

12-volt DC electrical system:

Yanmar 6LY2A-STP 440-hp diesel engine (manufactured in 2014) with Hamilton 292 Jet Drive, Twin Disc MG 5050 transmission and Vetus 7” bow thruster.  Hinckley custom “Jet Stick” control system integrated with the bow thruster.
