SPECIFICATION
OVERVIEW
This spectacular Sou’wester 42 is not to be missed. LANDSLIDE’s many custom features and recent upgrades were selected by the original owner (only 1 of 2 owners) who was very involved in the build process. Designed with equipment to ensure smooth and easy handling, the roller furling headstay and stowaway mast makes setting of the sails from the cockpit a seamless task. The Herrshoff style interior is very bright and open. No expense was spared to ensure its meticulous maintenance; shipped from Michigan to Maine in the winter months from 2003-2017, the Hinckley Southwest Harbor Service location took her into its care. LANDSLIDE has also only been in fresh water since current owner purchased in 1995.
