Engine is located under the galley counter in an extremely well insulated (sound and heat) engine compartment. There is excellent access to engine area through removable panels. The engine is mounted on four flexible rubber mounts bolted to the fiberglass engine beds integral to hull.  The drive train is a one and one half-inch stainless steel shaft mounted through the Aquadrive system which dampens any vibrationsThe dripless shaft seal system with a spare seal is mounted on shaft. The shaft is fitted with a three blade Gori folding propeller with line cutters. Fuel tanks are of aluminum construction with a capacity of 65 gallons in the main tank and 25 gallons in the day tan for total of 90 gallons of fuel. The The Racor dual system with change-over valve allows for changing fuel filters underway. The primary fuel tank is located under the main cabin dinette platform and is easily accessed for maintenance. The secondary fuel tank (day tank) is mounted under forward v-berth. A 12V transfer pump and filter system on the forward tank allows fuel to be circulated for polishing and/or transferred to the aft tank. All fuel hoses have been replaced and a new fuel manifold has been designed and installed. This system allows for the fuel to be polished as it is transferred.
